As our monitoring station is located here in Perth the staff are familiar with your suburb, unlike monitoring companies who use Eastern States or New Zealand as a monitoring base. The control room has been built to the exacting relevant Australian Standards 2201, and has been graded by ASIAL and therefore police approved.
Our administration staff are based at our main office in Malaga, so we are always in your time zone, and are happy to help with any queries you may have.
Australian Standards (AS2201) states that security providers should offer a regular service to their clients, therefore, we offer annual maintenance at a reduced rate to all our monitored clients.
